Cellular polyfunctionality - boolean bimodial parameter analysis

I have recently invented and patented a novel polyfunctionality index algorithm which can quantify cellular polyfunctionality at the single-cell level. I have extended this work to describe how the polyfunctionality algorithm can predict and determine the importance of polyfunctionality with regards to T cell efficacy (Boyd et al. PLoS One 2015 - please find a correctly copy edited table 1 here). 

The algorithm has been integrated in a novel data mining software developed by FunkyCells (www.FunkyCells.com). The software is particular valuable for the analysis of bimodial markers analyzed with an exhaustive boolean approach - screening all possible combinations (2ⁿ combinations).
